Roblin Flower Show awards handed out at 1994 event
The 34th Flower Fruit and Vegetable Show by Roblin Horticultural Society drew 302 entries from 17 gardeners at the Curling Arena on August 16 1994. Judges Louise Fiel Judy Wuzny and Joy Bradley awarded prizes including Elva Thompson for Best Floral Arrangement and Basket of Gladioli, Eva Jory for Gladioli spike and Dahlia, Anne Yasinsky for Dahlia points and dining room arrangement, plus 109 vegetable entries and multiple raffles. The society thanked visitors and participants and set a September 12 1994 meeting at the Drop-In Centre for new members.
