By Law 174 to accept transfer of title to SW 926 27W from Manitoba Farm Loans Association to Hillsburg passed. Various 1945 pasture leases approved and weed inspector appointed. 1944 assessment roll revised and adopted for 1945. Accounts for payment listed including health insulin coal lights stationery and freight.

Van tenders accepted for routes 1 through 18 with daily rates and bondsmen listed. Several accounts approved for payment.
