Bowral council discussed a proposed loan approved by the Governor and advertised a guide listing at eight guineas. A letter from MLA Mack Morton urged motor license issues, and Bowral sought approval to become a licensing center. Permission was given to close Loseby Park for a Gymkhana on September 5, and charges were delegated to the Show Society. Insurance changes were reviewed to cover accident risk at the Show Ground. Accounts totaling £1510 0s 0d were paid, and an extra transformer for Merrigang Street at £450 was approved. Prosecution was decided in a boundary case with Mrs. Brown of Luntreon.
