The dedication of the new armory will end with a dance from 10 to 2 featuring Sherman Hayes and his orchestra. Richard Manson, a local black man, is held in Wilson jail to stand trial at the April term of Federal court on a Selective Service Act violation. A preliminary hearing bound him over. the case was set after draft-board inquiries showed missed questionnaires and delayed responses.
