Mayor backs asphalted cross streets plan for Roanoke Rapids
Roanoke Rapids Mayor urges the City Board to pave at least six cross streets from East to West between First and Fourteenth Streets to ease dust and traffic. He wants a WPA application for rock crusher support and curb and gutter on Roanoke Avenue with assessments possible. Board approves the plan unanimously.
