I C C approves Roanoke Rapids bus lines for Carolina Coach
The Interstate Commerce Commission ruled the Roanoke Rapids bus lines are needed and will grant a permanent charter to the Carolina Coach Co. on Sept 5. Carolina Coach filed for a temporary permit to begin service within a week or ten days, with traffic manager Humphrey and attorney Willis Smith stating a late next week start if approved.
