Also includes notices for repairs, breeding stock, and real estate services with several local names and Virginia towns such as Irvington Kilmarnock White Stone Remo Kinsale Nuttaville and Gloucester areas.
Special Commissioner Garnett Mercer Jr offers at public auction the tract known as Windsor Crest in Lancaster County Virginia. The land of about 87 acres lies in the Mant Magisterial District and is part of the Wake Forest farm. the auction follows a September decree in the Marsh et al case. The sale occurs October 4, 1946 in front of the Lancaster Courthouse with terms set by the decree and bond verified by Clerk TR Chilton.
