Funeral services for Charles Thomas Myers held at Remo
Charles Thomas Myers died Tuesday night at his Remo home after months of illness. Services were at 2 PM from Elmore’s funeral home with interment at Wieombo Methodist Cemetery. Rev. W L King and Rev. J M Cameron officiated. pallbearers included Tramenton and others. Survived by wife, two sisters, a niece and nephew, plus Michael who lived with him. Born October 17, 180 at Wicomico Church, he served as constable from age 21 and remained active in politics and local life.

Two Colored Men Drown After Boat Incident
Two colored men Prank Lee and Robert Nolen Jr of King and Queen County drowned Tuesday night in Tadian Creek near a pulpwood yard.
