Pancake Social and Irish Concert Energize St Patrick Day
A March 17 celebration organized by Taxis Square Trail Rangers and C.G.I.T. girls drew a large crowd. Miss Weir led decorations while Saint Patrick figure Chester McFadden hosted jokes and musical numbers from Bishop Howard, Mr. McKenzie, Mr. Kelly and others. The pancake committee led by Mr. Martin earned praise for flapjacks and Irish stew.
