Golden Anniversary of Pettapie WMS Observed
The Pettapiece WMS marked its 30th anniversary on November 21 with members and visitors from Minnedosa Rapid City and Rivers. The last charter member Mrs T Wolstenholme of Minnedosa laid flowers in memory of the founders. Grandchildren and great grandchildren of Mrs M Pettapiece represented the society’s first president. The pioneer ladies organization began January 2 1898.
