Prize list changes at Rivers Agricultural Society Summer Fair

Directors of the Rivers Agricultural Society prepared the Summer Fair Prize List on Saturday. Many changes are expected this year, especially in the Ladies Work Exhibits. Treasurer Bowman provided a list of the ladies work to publish in the next issue to help women prepare in advance.

From Death Unto Life Easter Cantata at Union Church

The Easter cantata From Death Unto Life by the Union Church choir drew a full congregation. About 45 voices presented prophecies, death, and resurrection of the Messiah in splendid style led by Jas. A. McKenzie with praise for accompanist Mrs. H Wareham and assisting musicians. The program included solos duets trios and choruses and earned many complimentary remarks.
