Palliative care centre nears fall renovation finish
Palliative Care Co ordinator reports patient room and family room completion with cabinets and finishing touches pending. Grand opening planned for fall and donations sought for unpaid renovation bills including a ramp to The Pettapiece Gardens courtyard. A volunteer palliative care course begins Nov 6 with Cheryl Cormac teaching eight sessions through Nov 30, pre registration via 328 5321.
