Family volunteers deliver Meals on Wheels weekly for three years
Jen Allen and her children have made Friday meal deliveries part of their routine at Riverdale Health Centre. The family, including Haley the 14 year old sea cadet, now fill the Friday slot through all but a few months off. They collect meals at 4:30 p.m. and deliver about 18 dinners in 35 to 45 minutes.
