Rivers completes Seventh Avenue extension phase two work
Phase 2 of the Seventh Avenue extension near Memorial Drive south of Rivers proceeds with Triwave Construction of Brandon hired for 57 000 after tendering on Oct 10. The project levels a gravel pit to improve Millennium Park views while paving two new blocks eastward and repurposing topsoil for landscaping.
