Kim Birto born June 8 1968 is owner and operator of Queen's Hotel and Tastebud's Restaurant and Catering. She moved to Rapid City in November 2016 from Dumas Texas with her husband a Brandon University chemistry professor. Birto enjoys cooking new recipes and hopes to open a cookbook someday while calling First Avenue along the river home.
