Legion Auxiliary marks 60th anniversary with ceremony
Rivers Legion Ladies Auxiliary held its May meeting with 23 members and two guests. A suncatcher plaque honoring 60 years of service was presented to Madam Zella Twigge, with certificates and tokens from district leaders. A June 8 veterans banquet and June 11 Decoration Day are planned.
