Rapid City council reduces water costs amid new treatment plant
Rapid City council unveiled a revised budget on April 27 showing growth in utility and service expenses. The town expects higher water administration costs but lower supply charges as a new local water treatment plant cuts province purchases. Revenue from grants, permits, and property sales is adjusted with a projected total revenue of 65 500 compared with 49 820 last year.
