Turkeys Released To Establish New Marsh Flock Southeast Of Rivers
The Rivers and Area Game and Fish Association released 21 wild turkeys on Marsh and Eleanor Beever’s farm near Rivers. Three mature birds were captured in St Norbert and Morden birds supplied the rest. The flock, monitored by Frank Baldwin and Dan Chranowski, includes seven radio tagged birds to track movement.
