Details for a 62 000 sq ft Rivers Community Complex include hockey curling and recital spaces with seating for 216 on the second level, wheelchair accessible areas, and a LEED Silver target. The $6 million project aims to host winter and summer sports, rodeo, fairs, trade shows, graduations and community events with a Class C budget and 15 percent accuracy.
