Mural Notes at Rivers Site Highlight Transit and Commerce
A completed mural at Rivers features a perpendicular Rivers sign and an incorporated office door and window. The panels reference tickets and freight collection for the Grand Trunk Pacific line later absorbed by Canadian National Railway, with CNR formation noted in 1919 and GTP amalgamations in 1917–23. Locals remark the spot suits ticket purchases before boarding trains painted on the east wall.
