City council debates bylaw loan terms for lagoon project
At a public hearing residents debated financing for a proposed lagoon project with a possible 25 year loan or shorter term. The Municipal Board will review the bylaw and issue an order. council may pass, amend, or reject the bylaw after the board ruling. The session was recorded and airs June 27 and 28.
