Rivers Memories Span Decades From 1922 to 2012
A compact chronicle recalls local events and people across decades in Rivers. It notes Harold Bicknell closing his Rivers store branch in 1922, CN sidewalk work in 1952, beautification winners, a district Rebekah Lodge session with 197 attendees, multiple marriages in June, cadet awards in 1962, and anniversaries. Other items cover sports leagues, angling awards, hospital fundraisers, fires, and 2012 hall of fame inductions for Rivers teams, with named residents and local organizations.
