A Manitoba reader near Grande Clairiere reports a wet night with raindrops tapping on the roof and about 0.2 inches of rain. The note also covers the Southwest GO Team Crop Diagnostic School at Ellis Seeds near Wawanesa on July 24 with 15 producers checking fertilizer trials, winter wheat yield around 60-70 bushels per acre, and ongoing harvests in the area. It mentions drought affecting pastures and minimal second cut hay, plus a call for hay or straw offers to enter the listings system.
