Rollover Simulator Teaches Seatbelt Truth at Oak River Fair
The Manitoba Public Insurance Rollover Simulator visited Oak River Fair on July 17 to demonstrate crash outcomes with and without seatbelts. Life sized dummies illustrate occupants being thrown from vehicles in rollovers. John Douglas notes about 140 Manitoba highway deaths yearly, half without seatbelts, warning that graphic demos reinforce belt use.
