Dandelion Control Costs Cited In Rural Council Note
The Rivers Banner cites RM of Blanshard minutes noting concern over a possible provincial pesticide ban and highlighting a past dandelion control program. A reader asks about cost effective weed management and cites a spring chemical treatment on east Oak River ground costing about 40 dollars for the year, with cleanup near two dollars annually as a favorable outcome. For concerns contact Midwest Weed Control District at 764 2128.
