Generous donations aid Rivers recreation facility drive
A December Rivers fundraiser at Rivers Legion Hall supported the Rivers Recreation Facilities Review Committee and the Riverdale Community Centre project. Donors from individuals to businesses contributed toward the $1.72 million goal, with notable gifts including a $5,000 donation from Janice French in honor of the Spearin family.
