Winnipeg firm crews Rivers for Imperial Oil warehouse

McDonald Bros Sheet Metal of Winnipeg sent a crew to Rivers on Monday to start building an Imperial Oil warehouse along the CN right of way east of National Grain. The notes also mention local births, marriages, anniversaries, and community events across Aug 1954.

Town of Rivers Notices Bylaw Public Hearing Details

A municipal notice states the proposed bylaw can be inspected at the Rivers office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. A public hearing is scheduled for 7 30 p.m. on September 15, 1909, at which objections or representations may be submitted.
