Rivers Train Station Restoration Effort Nearing Roof Finish
The Rivers Train Station Restoration Committee continues a decade of work since 2006 to repair and rejuvenate the federally designated heritage station completed in 1917. RACF funds and Burns Foundation grant support roof repairs and a mural project while plans include a tourist info booth museum and community arts space under a Via Rail lease.
