Neighbours learn to clean up waterways workshop
Livestock producers attended a one day workshop in Rapid City titled Bovines and Shorelines hosted by the Little Saskatchewan River Conservation District Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration and Manitoba Agriculture and Food. The session covered riparian ecology management tools including fencing exclusion rest grazing and pasture planning. Participants described the seminar as useful and potential to increase profits while protecting habitat and wildlife.
