River residents celebrate Queen's 90th birthday event in Manitoba
The Queen's Manitoba representative hosted an April 21 birthday party at Government House for residents born in 1926. About 150 guests attended each afternoon and morning tea, with 28 volunteers helping. Georgina Bollman and Bertha Shelvey, both 90, were among attendees, sharing memories of the Queen and the royal visits.
