Riverdale Zoning Amended With AA Districts And Group Homes
The village council enacts amendments to the 1936 zoning ordinance adding Section 24-A defining AA use, height, and area districts across specified boundaries. It also modifies Section 14 on side yards and intensity of use, adds Section 7-a on group dwelling houses, and sets effective date after passage and publication.
