Lansing Voters to Authorize Water Works Indebtedness
An October 7 1919 village ordinance authorizes issuing 306 water certificates of indebtedness at 100 each totaling 30600 to finance water works for Lansing Cook County Illinois. It sets interest 6 annually payable semi annually and outlines redemption schedule and security by a trust deed with Chicago Title Trust Co. A water fund and meter based charges are created with rates for classes A through E and a 15? discount for early payment.
