Dolton IL Ordinance Orders B&O Lines Raised on Lincoln Ave
Dolton Illinois ordinance requires the Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad to raise its two main tracks across Lincoln Avenue within eighty days after passage to align with Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad and the crossing switch. The railroad bears all costs and must maintain the tracks thereafter. The village clerk is to notify the company, with the ordinance effective upon publication. Approved November 4, 1912.
