Three Charged With Larceny Of Pistol From Gun Shop
Larry D. Jones 23 of Chicago along with Earl R. Filippo 23 and Robert D. Spletzer 20 were arrested in Dalton and charged with larceny of a pistol and accessory after the fact. They entered Chuck's Gun Shop and fled with a 2 caliber pistol as co owner James Dielle pursued. Filippo and Spletzer initially denied involvement but later identified Jones.

Dolton Village Board explained the comprehensive plan on WCGO Chicago Heights last Sunday March 19. Frederick L. Kasten Albert Ohlsen and Earle F. Slaughter described codes for electrical plumbing heating and fire districts. The plan includes growth for schools parks libraries hospitals and other public facilities and sets subdivision lot size limits from 40 to 70 feet.
