Riverdale Village Board Acts to Preserve Water Supply
At the regular meeting on March 8 the Riverdale Village Board approved plans to relieve pump strain on the village well water system. They considered options including an air compressor or building a reservoir and an auxiliary pump. The treasurer reported 1744.15 on hand. The board also updated house numbers, approved sewer work costs, and granted a saloon license transfer for Emil Rosenthal at 138th Street High Lane.
