Racing bill could unite Illinois racing interests in Chicago plan
Illinois harness and running horse factions show unity on a racing bill backed by the Chicago Washington Park club. Officials from the American Trotting Association urge swift passage to bring Chicago into the Grand Circuit while profits on big tracks are capped at 10 percent.
