Isaac Stern appears March 9 as the final artist in the 1963-63 South Suburban Community Concerts season at Thornridge High School. Born July 24, 1930 in Krimin jez Russia he moved to San Francisco as a child and switched from piano to violin early. Critics praise his prolific concert schedule and prestige with major orchestras worldwide.
