The Paul Gall Post 303 American Legion Auxiliary holds an 8 pm meeting on June 26 at the Legion Home Riverdale. Eighth district leaders Adeline Shaw and June Christensen head the serving committee. Norma Wilmot earned credit for quota membership and the unit numbers 132 with a special pin. Poster prizes went to Nancy Hegstrom and Francis Shaw, with entries advancing to the department contest in Chicago. Pinochle season ends until September with Cla rinda Nelson as queen and a king named for the season.

The Rev Walter Dunnett senior instructor from Moody Bible Institute Chicago will speak at 11 am and 7 pm services at Riverdale Baptist Church meeting in Roosevelt School 146th and LaSalle on June 28 He grew up in Wisconsin served in the Army Air Force and earned degrees from Wheaton College Wheaton Illinois and a B D from Wheaton He later directed Akron Ohio Bible Institute and pursued doctoral studies at Western Reserve University in Cleveland while joining the correspondence school staff to supervise exam grading

Man Injured In South Holland Collision
Floyd Anderson, 26, of 1631 Central Park Chicago, was treated at Ingalls Memorial Hospital for facial lacerations after an automobile collision at 158th and Halsted on June 20. He was a passenger in a car driven by Warlow Roosevelt of 1537 Harding Avenue Chicago. The other driver was James O'Keefe of 14403 Lowe Avenue Riverdale.
