The Firemen's Club of the B of L F and E organized an Educational Club to learn firing and running locomotives. Meetings occur Fridays at Lund's Hall with Mr. Wm G Tawes guiding sessions. About thirty five firemen attend, and the lectures receive strong support from members and The Pointer.
Leo Horn becomes night watchman at the Western Indiana railroad crossing on Lincoln avenue after the fatal Schnoor accident.
