Dolton Village approves strict fireworks ordinance
A 1919 Dolton ordinance regulates sale and storage of fireworks. It requires licenses, sets application and posting rules, imposes a 2000 dollar fee, mandates safety measures, and outlines revocation and penalties for violations. The measure specifies restricted sale locations and timeframes around June to July and establishes reporting requirements.
