Riverdale police seek identity for James Reed 35 with Indiana Harbor Belt R R after he fell or jumped 35 feet from an Illinois Central structure onto I H B tracks near 140th and Wentworth. Reed, a new I H B section worker, was found at the scene and pronounced dead. a Coroner's jury ruled accidental death.

Sam Fieldhouse Funeral Services Held in Lansing
Funeral services for Sam Fieldhouse 65 were held Thursday at the First Reformed church of Lansing with Rev. Rozenboom conducting. Burial followed at Lansing Reformed church cemetery. He was born November 8, 1871 in Harlem Netherlands and lived in Chicago before moving to Lansing in 1907. Survived by four children five grandchildren and three brothers.
