The present withholding rates including the tax surcharge have been extended through July 31, 1969. Employers need not change payroll withholding. E. C. Coyle Jr., district director for Northern Illinois, announced. Employers should continue using the withholding rates and tables in Circular E, Employer's Tax Guide, mailed last January.
