The Board of County Commissioners selects and approves individuals to serve as Judges of Election or Clerks of Election in Cook County precincts for 1944. A court order dated February 28 1944 requires publication of the chosen names and their residence addresses and party affiliations Democratic or Republican. Districts 1 through 11 list polling places and the named officers with party designations, along with the County Judge Edmund K. Jarecki.
