Petition Seeks Show Cause Contempt Ruling in Riverdale Dump Case
Riverdale Village Attorney Herbert Zornow said plaintiffs filed a petition yesterday before Judge Samuel Epstein asking why Charles Fritz should not be held in contempt for alleged stay order violations at the 128th Street and Ashland Avenue dump. Notice was served on Fritz's current and former attorneys Bromberg Bromberg and Jordan Carnel. A contempt ruling could follow if violations of the burn desist order are proven, with possible immediate action.
