Propper Introduces Bills for Sanitary District Seats and Dog Licenses
State Representative William F. Propper of the 7th District returns to Dalton from Springfield with two new bills. House Bill 26 would allow all cities and villages to license dogs, not just those over 25 000. House Bill 27 would place a country town trustee on the Sanitary District Board by election from outside the city limits, correcting lack of rural representation. Propper sits on key committees and notes his independence from salary concerns.
