Bethany Christian Church Dedicated in South Holland
On Wednesday December 1 the Bethany Christian Reformed church in South Holland dedicated its new Gothic edifice. Architect Geo W Repp designed the massive Bedford stone front and brick walls. contractor C W Dalenberg built it. About 1,000 people attended the solemn ceremony led by clerk G Teepstra.

Dedication of South Holland church marks growth and faith
The church organized on Sept 30 1925 and grew thereafter. G Van der Aa sang Open the Gates of the Temple as G H Pals led the building committee in dedication prayer. Rev Westra and Rev Ter Louw spoke on loyalty and the church militant and triumphant. The choral society directed by R Kickert performed, with afternoon events featuring Doejema and Ter Louw. The church opened to the public for inspection.
