Herbert Heyman of Landau and Heyman told the Dalton Village Board negotiations with major prospective tenants remain ongoing for the Sibley and Greenwood shopping center despite rumors of a stalled project. He blamed the Discount Store from the East for causing caution but said the developers have strong backing and hope to finalize leases soon.
