Residents stop asphalt plant plan near I-25 in Sandoval County
After 75 residents raised concerns at a Sandoval County Planning meeting, Fisher Sand and Gravel withdrew its temporary use permit for a 40 acre site at NM 165 and I-25. Residents celebrate but expect possible relocation of material processing to private or Indian land as I-25 project continues.
