New Mexico 2016 Capital Projects General Obligation Bond Act
The act authorizes issuance and sale of bonds to fund senior citizen facility improvements, library acquisitions, higher education capital projects, and public safety upgrades. It creates a property tax levy to repay principal and interest and requires voter approval at the 2016 general election.
