Would-be jumper snarls I-40 traffic third time in weeks
Frank McCoy a 28 year old Albuquerque man and Los Lunas school teacher threatened to jump from a bridge onto I-40 causing a traffic stoppage. Police swat teams and bystanders faced a dangerous scene as McCoy, recently released from a mental hospital, made repeated threats from an enclosed catwalk and an unenclosed bridge section.
